12. Graduation & Employment Market

Our first year agreement are for two consecutive periods of 6 months. Upon completion, every intern will received a certificate from the ECAT academy.

Thereafter, the following course of action may take place

1. The graduate will go on their own and find their own job.
2. The graduate will be offered a permanent position at ECAT and offered a salary according to the standard market value.
3. ECAT will help the graduate in finding a job in its selected area of expertise
