11. Progress Assessment – Monitoring & Evaluation

Every intern will be requested on a daily basis to complete a time sheet which will be used to monitor their attendance and punctuality. Progress reports will also be compiled regularly to assess and evaluate their progress.

During the course of their internship, each intern will report directly to a tutor who will be assigned to teach them, answer any of their questions and will guide them in finding solutions

Every Monday morning, a 30 minute meeting will be held with the ECAT management in order to review work done, and to discuss targets and objectives. The primary goal of this meeting will be to understand mistakes made, offer solutions and to redirect all course of action where necessary.
