10. Remuneration Package

We take under our wing individuals whom we think displays great potential technically and within, who will be able to contribute in a very short period of time to the Academy in terms of work, research and development.

Every successful candidate will be offered suitable, friendly working conditions and a basic starting salary of R4000.00 which will be revised after either 3 or 6 months and adjusted accordingly depending on the result brought forward.

Alternatively, performance bonuses could be decided upon beforehand depending on the nature of the projects and also according to the candidate’s capability to deal with pressure.

We believe that every intern should feel valued and appreciated and with a basic salary, bonuses and possible increases, would motivate them in achieving their goals, reaching for excellence and increasing productivity.
