Over the years ECAT, has continuously excelled in giving experience, grooming future leaders and creating full-time and part-time employment to young people. Some of our success stories includes:

Sibusiso Ntshakala - A 32-year-old University graduate of Zululand, with major in Industrial Psychology. He became the first young African to join ECAT in 2012 and was given fulltime employment by ECAT in 2013 April as a Database Administrator, a position he is occupying to date. Sibusiso is also a founding member of SIMO Holdings (Pty) Ltd and he is planning to do his honours in Industrial Psychology.

Bongumusa Ngwenya - A 30-year-old Web & Application Development graduate from Tshwane University of Technology. When he joined ECAT in 2017 he had no prior work experience, ECAT took him and trained him as a Junior Web Developer. Bongumusa is now a highly competent IT professional with a proven track record in Designing Websites, Development, and SEO. He has strong technical skills, business management, time management, communication as well as excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him to interact with a wide range of clients.

Jonas Moapolela - A 32-year-old Public Management graduate from Tshwane University of Technology. When he joined ECAT in 2013 he had no prior work experience, ECAT took him and trained him as a Junior Web Developer, a position he is occupying to date. He is currently studying with UNISA towards his BSC Informatics qualification.

Siyanda Mazibuko - A 28-year-old Labour Relations graduate from the Tshwane University of Technology. She joined ECAT in 2013 without any prior work experience as an IT Clerk and early 2014 she was absorbed permanently by Gold One International Ltd as a Logistics Officer, a position she is occupying to date.

Prudence Dube - A 30-year-old Public Relations graduate from Boston College. She joined ECAT on a part-time basis doing SEO in 2013 before being employed fully by Barnstone Corporate Services as a Receptionist and later promoted to an Administrator for Barnstone Education, a position she is holding to date.
